Precision Tune-Up Procedures Include:

		Clean or replace 1" standard filter
		Check and adjust gas pressure if needed
		Monitor flue draft
		Lubricate all parts needed
		Inspect and tighten belts if needed
		Check for cracked heat exchanger
		Check for loose electrical connections
		Take temperature readings to verify performance
		Check safety controls
		Verify operation of user controls
		Inspect and clean condenser coil if needed
		Inspect and clean evaporator coil if needed
		Monitor air conditioning operating pressures. Add up to 2 pounds each year (per system) if needed
		Monitor amp draw on motors
		Wipe down unit to keep free from dust/debris
		Clean the burners if needed
		Check thermostat anticipator settings
